had a conventional style publication with Terrapub (Tokyo Japan) from 1998 until 2013 as a continuation of the two journals, the Journal of Geomagnetism and Geoelectricity (1949 to 1997) and the Journal of Physics of the Earth (1952Earth ( to 1997)). We hope that our new open access model as of 2014 will have a greater impact.
