The IEEE Congress on Evolutionary Computation (IEEE CEC) is a world-class event in the field of evolutionary computation. It provides a forum to bring together researchers and practitioners from all over the world to present and discuss their research findings on evolutionary computation and computational intelligence. IEEE CEC 2019 will be held in Wellington, New Zealand. Prospective authors are requested to submit new, unpublished manuscripts for inclusion in the upcoming event described in this call for papers.
